Returns & Refunds

Poseidon products are made to order. Please review product descriptions and the Size Guide carefully before purchasing. This policy describes how we handle return, refund, replacement, and delivery issue requests. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Made-to-order items and change-of-mind requests

Because products are produced after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please compare garment measurements with the Size Guide before ordering. This restriction does not apply where a return, refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email deonanthonysales@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant. We will review the issue with our production or fulfillment partner and let you know whether a replacement, refund, or another resolution is appropriate.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking indicates that a parcel is lost or it has not arrived by the latest delivery estimate, contact us at deonanthonysales@gmail.com with your order number. Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date when possible so that we can investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner. We will handle confirmed lost-order claims in accordance with the applicable provider process and law.

Returns and return authorization

Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not mail an item to a production or fulfillment facility unless we have specifically instructed you to do so. Unauthorized returns may not be processed promptly.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution. Where a refund is required by applicable law, we will follow the applicable requirements.
