Products and product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance can vary across screens and devices, and small differences may occur in made-to-order production. Product descriptions, availability, specifications, and prices may be updated, subject to applicable law and obligations already created by an accepted order.

Prices, taxes, and orders

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout when available. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, an unavailable product, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after capturing payment, we will arrange a refund as required by applicable law.

Made-to-order products

Some products are produced after an order is placed. Changes to design, size, color, or shipping details may not be possible once production has started. Email deonanthonysales@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need help with an order.

Shipping and delivery

Production, shipping, tracking, and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation or refund rights that apply under law.
