Poseidon apparel is made to order. This policy explains production, shipping, tracking, and delivery estimates for orders placed through poseidonreignsus.com.

Production and processing

Production typically takes about 2–5 business days before an order ships. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; timing can vary by product, order volume, season, and fulfillment location. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Weekends and holidays may affect processing.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and any delivery estimate provided for your order are displayed during checkout when available. Transit time varies by destination, carrier, service, and product. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the timeframe promised, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate when available, and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund as required by applicable law.

Tracking and split shipments

When your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when tracking is available. Tracking may take time to show movement after a label is created. If items are produced or shipped separately, parcels may arrive at different times.

Delivery address

Once production or shipment has started, we cannot guarantee an address change will be possible. Additional costs or delays may result from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays and delivery issues

Severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs or operational issues, and events outside our reasonable control may delay delivery. If tracking indicates a problem or your parcel appears lost, email deonanthonysales@gmail.com and include your order number. We will review the issue with the relevant fulfillment or shipping provider and follow applicable law.
